What is Natural Breast Augmentation?

Natural breast augmentation uses the natural fat transfer procedure to remove fat from one part of the body and place it into the breasts, to give them a fuller volume, while still maintaining a natural look and feel. Breast augmentation cost is very affordable, with payment plans available.

Actual Patient – Individual Results May Vary

Am I a good candidate for fat transfer breast augmentation?

If you are in good health and are seeking fuller breasts, without sacrificing a natural look and feel you are a good candidate. Those who may not be a good candidate are those who are seeking more volume than is possible with natural augmentation techniques.

What happens during the breast augmentation procedure?

During the breast augmentation procedure, fat will be harvested using a gentle liposuction procedure. Harvest sites are usually body areas which contain excess fat, such as the abdomen, hips and/or thighs. This procedure can also act as a contouring procedure for the harvest area.

After the fat is harvested, it is then purified with the fat cells being separated using a centrifuge. These separated fat cells are then injected into the breasts at varying depths to produce a fuller look. The procedure will usually take about one to two hours.

How can I prepare for breast augmentation?

In most cases, a baseline mammogram will be performed. You will also be instructed not to take any medication including aspirin that may affect blood-clotting properties for two weeks prior to your procedure. You should also discuss with your doctor any other medications you take. And if you smoke, it is advisable that you quit to reduce any possible risks.

What can I expect post-procedure?

Your initial breast augmentation recovery time will be about one to two days. Swelling and soreness will alleviate itself over the next two or three weeks. While you should be able to return to your normal schedule within a week, strenuous exercise or activities should be avoided for four to six weeks.

There will be dressing over the incisions that will remain until your post-op visit.  You may also be advised to wear compression bandages to help with healing and to provide a good shape to the breasts.

What risks are associated with breast augmentation?

As with any similar procedure, risks may include:

  • Over-absorption of the injected cells
  • Lumpiness
  • Shape irregularities

Other rarer complications can include fatty cysts, fat necrosis and calcium formation.
