will the vein wave work on old bruises that were formed after a vein surgery?

I have bruises from a previous surgery. Will the vein wave remove these?

Unfortunately , the Veinwave treats only tiny redish veins on the face and legs and wont help bruises.

Sorry the Veinwave only works on veins and does not help other skin problems
