How long has laser light therapy been used and is it proven safe? Can it cause cancer?
Medical laser and pulsed light have been around for about 15 years. There is no association with skin cancer. The use infrared light as opposed to ultraviolet that is associated with skin cancers. These devices are considered very safe.
